  • You need to be running (or planning to run) ads on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn or Google. You need to be open to external expert support in optimising accounts.

    You’ll also need to download slack so we can set up a unique comms channel for you.

  • Ask Nutshell is an advisory service and we will happily advise and troubleshoot any questions you or your team have about your campaign set up. However, this is not a ‘done for you’ service.

  • No, this is all about us helping you/your team make the best decisions on an ongoing basis for your ad spend. Ad accounts need constant management and optimisation to run at their best. An audit is purely a deep delve health check into the set up and stance of your account - we can offer this as a separate add on service.

  • Yes, you can cancel anytime - we don’t think you’ll want to, but you can, and you will still have access for the remainder of the month that you have paid for.

  • No, we don’t need access to any of your accounts. You send us queries with account details, often screenshots or loom/zoom recordings and we can troubleshoot from these.

  • Nothing in Ads is guaranteed - be wary of anyone who says otherwise. What we will do is give you the benefit of our experience, expertise and continual developmental learning about these platforms and what does and doesn’t work in the moment. Whilst it’s not a guarantee it is as close as you can get to managing your Ads risk exposure.

  • We will not be in your pocket for two weeks each summer, and for a week over Christmas, but we will give you plenty of notice of any breaks.

  • You can send your questions over to us whenever you like, but we will pick them up and respond in the office hours.

  • No, the cost is per user. So you can quiz us on your Meta, Google and LinkedIn campaigns all from one monthly subscription.

  • Ask Nutshell is a no-brainer for any in-house marketing team with big goals for Ads. The number and complexity of decisions can make or break Ad campaigns. Having our knowledge and support to keep it simple helps your team get on with other marketing activity.
