They came to Nutshell at the start of 2025 with a plan to grow the B2C business, a seasonal UK window to hit, a cold US market to crack, and paid media that had delivered near-zero return the year before.
THE CHALLENGE
When we took over the account, Meta had generated just a handful of conversions over 2024. Google tracking was incomplete, meaning there was no reliable picture of what was working. The task was to rebuild from the ground up - fix the infrastructure, overhaul landing pages for two territories, develop creative that converted, and establish a paid media engine capable of driving sustainable new customer growth.
THE RESULTS
Over 3,000 new customers acquired in eight months, with a blended acquisition cost of £17.24. Landing page optimisation improved conversion rates significantly, directly reducing cost per purchase across both channels.
