Mutha.Hood is a community led fashion brand and the home of the original Strong Girls Club, empowering women and girls through positive, strong and meaningful messages. They have recently developed and broadened their product range delving deeper into womens fashion whilst staying true to their sustainable production values.

THE CHALLENGE

To revamp and relaunch their Google Ads marketing, proving this as a viable and successful sales channel for the business - core to new customer acquisition whilst also supporting retention in a space where the product evolves seasonally.

THE RESULTS

A very joyful brand to work with! Through testing we quickly found a rhythm that delivered consistently and enabled us to move results in the right direction. Year on year the advertising costs per acquisition is down by 58% whilst achieving high stability and an average ROAS of 17.8 enabling us to open up new growth strategies.

THE STRATEGY

Our approach was to embrace the then ‘new’ Performance Max campaign type and introduce a P-Max led set up with additional breadth and targeted support from search and display. We also supported Mutha.Hood with recommendations to optimise their website and its conversion rate. Rigorous testing quickly brought stability and healthy returns to the account allowing a shift to growth and scaling.
